These terms apply when you use the Aeglera website or place an order with us. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them along with our Shipping & Delivery, Returns & Refunds and Privacy policies.

Products

  • Our products are cosmetic skincare products for external use only. They are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat or cure any condition.
  • Results vary from person to person. Please read the directions and warnings on each product page and on the packaging.
  • Always do a patch test before first use. If you have a skin condition, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or are using prescription skincare, ask a doctor or dermatologist before use.
  • Product photos are for illustration. Packaging may vary slightly.

Prices

  • All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
  • Delivery charges are shown in your cart and at checkout before you place your order.
  • We may change prices at any time. Changes do not affect orders that we have already confirmed.
  • If a product is listed at a wrong price by mistake, we will contact you before dispatch. You can then either continue at the correct price or cancel the order.

Placing an order

  • When you place an order, you are offering to buy the products. Your order is accepted when we confirm it with you on WhatsApp or by phone.
  • Please make sure your name, phone number and address are correct. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect details.
  • We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is out of stock, we cannot deliver to the address, we cannot reach you to confirm, or we suspect the order is fake or fraudulent. If you have already paid, we will refund you in full.
  • We may limit the quantity of a product per order.

Payment

We currently accept cash on delivery only. You agree to pay the full order total to the rider when your order is delivered.

Delivery, returns and refunds

Delivery is covered by our Shipping & Delivery policy. Returns, exchanges and refunds are covered by our Returns & Refunds policy.

All text, images, logos and designs on this website belong to Aeglera. Do not copy or reuse them without our written permission. Information on this website is for general guidance and is not medical advice.

Our responsibility

As far as the law allows, our total responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not responsible for reactions caused by not following product directions or warnings. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under Pakistani consumer protection law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute will be handled by the courts in Karachi.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place your order applies to that order.
