We want you to love your Aeglera products. If something is not right, we will make it right.

30-day satisfaction guarantee

If a product does not suit your skin, you can ask for an exchange or a refund within 30 days of delivery, as long as:

  • The product is at least 50% full, and
  • You still have the original bottle (and box, if you have it).

If you have a reaction to a product, stop using it straight away. If the reaction is severe or does not settle, see a doctor or dermatologist.

Damaged, missing or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or with a missing or wrong item, message us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging. We will send a replacement at no extra cost, or give you a full refund if a replacement is not available. You will not need to pay any delivery charge for this.

What we cannot accept

  • Products that are less than 50% full.
  • Requests made more than 30 days after delivery.
  • Products that were damaged after delivery, for example by heat, dropping or mixing with other products.
  • Products not bought directly from Aeglera.

How to request a return or exchange

  1. Message us on WhatsApp at +92 339 0115714 or email aeglera.biz@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
  2. We will reply within 24–48 hours and arrange a courier pickup from your address, anywhere in Pakistan.
  3. Once we receive and check the product, we will send your exchange or refund.

Refunds

  • Because orders are paid in cash on delivery, refunds are sent by bank transfer, JazzCash or Easypaisa to an account in your name.
  • Refunds are sent within 7 working days of us receiving the returned product.
  • The original delivery charge is not refundable, unless the return is because of our mistake (damaged, missing or wrong item).

Cancelling an order

You can cancel your order free of charge any time before it is dispatched. Just message us on WhatsApp with your order number.
